Some are focused on delivering stable, technically-sound products but don’t possess the design skills to make them usable. The worst are only concerned with making a profit.

Aside from graphic design, branding, development, website administration, and marketing services, Kolony Media also provides business process improvement and consulting services. These may not seem related to many people. However, we feel that this is an integral part of the creative, development, and production processes. This approach has enabled us to create a much more collaborative relationship with our clients, which in our opinion is infinitely more rewarding to both parties and leads to the best solutions.

Our focus has always been on understanding client needs from a design and technical perspective as well as a business perspective. This allows us to not only deliver solutions that look and work great, it allows us to deliver the right solution. Often the client may not even understand exactly what they need. We research their business space, formulate our recommendations, educate them when necessary, and collaboratively come up with the right approach. Even though we don’t always have expert-level knowledge of the area, we’re almost always right because we’re Big Picture thinkers and we understand systems no matter the discipline. We also understand that our clients will always understand their businesses best, so that’s why we’re so adamant about collaboration.
